Increasing issues with noise after 11pm. There are always people there partying, drinking, doing drugs, and speeding around and down woodward avenue. I believe because there have been speed bumps put in in various parts of the city where street racing was an issue they have now ended up here. Maybe speed bumps should be placed near this park and down woodward to slow down street racing. The gates should also be closed daily. I understand there are bigger issues but take into consideration that these people are drinking and doing drugs and eventually going home while under the influence. also they are close to water what if something happens? Also, many people in the surrounding areas are worried about safety. No one needs their home broken into or worse by someone who’s been up partying and drinking/ doing drugs all night in the park all because the gates don’t get closed. This needs to be fixed. O top of keeping the park clean for actual families to be able to visit during the day with out having to worry about their kids falling on broken glass or getting stuck by a needle.

Restaurant/barber shop does not having parking for customers in back, small street does not have much room for customers to park, a lot of times they end up parking on side walks both on the side of restaurant and in front. This is very dangerous. This has been an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. Owner should offer parking in their lot or advise customers to not park in front or on side of building on the sidewalks. Perhaps the front side walk should be blocked off to avoid cars being able to enter.

Owners/tenants of this home very often park close to the stop sign/fire hydrant in the late afternoons/evening. People have a hard time having to maneuver and go around these cars.

Came to pick up a pizza I had ordered. Noticed a few odd things.
1. I saw a man dumping what looked like cooking oil into a drain in the back where I tried to park
2. There were several men in aprons who I can only assume work there outside working on there cars. Are they mechanics and a pizza spot? I noticed grease/ oil on the man’s hands and could only wonder if they had washed their hands previous to making my pizza.maybe should be looked at and make sure everything is sanitary and up to code.

Vehicles constantly parked too close to corners on both sides of street at both top and bottom of hill. Causing people to make wider turns to avoid hitting parked vehicles. Can increase probability of hitting parked vehicles or oncoming vehicles.

There are at least 8 potholes on Warren Place. These potholes haven been here for 6 months at least. They are located at the beginning of the street after turning off of state street. I’m a homeowner and I live on View St
