The left turn signal at capital and stadium drive intersection (going towards Youngsville) needs to be placed on a longer timer. There is always a lot of traffic in that area and each time the light changes, it only allows 3 cars at a time, which is unacceptable. I sit through that light at least 3-4 rotations a day, attempting to make a u turn back on to capital. Please address this issue and put that light on a longer timer.
