There is a long driveway leading to the address of 630 North Wingate. Beside the drive is a large very old tree with limbs dead/hanging down above a power line. The tree is not on our property at 630 N. Wingate, but the owner is elderly and does not know how to report the problem. Limbs above power line need to be removed soon. Thank you!
