Once again this morning, I was turning left onto Jenkins from capital Boulevard. The left-hand turn from Capital on the Jenkins would not trip. I waited three light cycles. Then I ran the light. You guys need to investigate the light system at Capital and Jenkins. Ever sense the road was repaved, that light does not work properly.
