The light @ Jenkins and capital Blvd does not trip properly. We sat through 3 light cycles this morning @ 8:30 a.m.

There is another problem at this light especially around 9am and 12 and 1 pm. The left green arrow from Capital onto Jenkins is too short. Only 3 cars are able to go through, which causes cars to be backed up into the left-straight lane going north on Capital.

Geez, almost 3 years later and this light is still hot garbage. God forbid 6 cars get through.
