I'm not sure what's going on with this car, but there DOES appear to be movement on it. In the pic for this issue, the engine is up on the curb, but in issue 14492641 (also reported yesterday), it is in the street (in front of the vehicle).
When I drove by it yesterday afternoon on the way to pick up my child from school, it was out in the street, AND the driver door was wide open (into the street). But there was no owner/mechanic in sight. I'm not sure if major auto repairs are allowed on public streets, but this thing is a safety issue no matter how you slice it.
Can we get an update from the city as to what is being done? This person does not give one you-know-what about the safety issues they are foisting on us all.
