Sight distance exiting the cul-de-sac on Coram Fields Road is impaired by overgrown residential vegetation that is in the street easement. The view to the left onto Barnford Mill Road is blocked . The issue has been reported multiple times. No fix.

700 block of North Main Street, Wake Forest. NC routinely has standing water after rain events on both the paved areas and grass ditch areas adjacent to the roadway. There does not appear to be a drain pipe under West Chestnut Avenue or the entrance to Glen Royall Apartments. The area needs an assessment to improve stormwater collection and runoff.

Sediment from sections of E. Carroll Joyner park along Harris Road moves downgrade and possibly into Richland Creek. Several areas (banks/slopes) along Harris Road have exposed soil which erodes with the typical summer rain storms we get. Photo taken June 24, 2017.

Open hole in the grass strip adjacent to utility pole in the 200 block of Wait Avenue near intersection with Brooks Street. Location is just west of Masonic Lodge. Hole needs to be filled and tamped to eliminate potential trip hazard.
