Neighbor is raking leaves into the back of his yard that meets the sidewalk and common area on Kinvara court. Please have him clean this pile up or have leave truck take away from common area on Kinvara court. Looks bad and they should not be leaving their pile on our street when they live on W. Vernon Ave. Thank you
