Power has cycled off three times in the past 90 minutes this evening. Is this expected or an issue? Should we expect more of the same, or is this resolved for the day? We’ve never had issues like this in the past 20 years until the upturn in building. It is also a pretty bad look with a rate hike coming our way. Last issue was never addressed, maybe this issue will be.

The private property above the greenway has caused this stretch to be unusable without risk of falling. The parks and rec people refuse to address this, engineering has done nothing, so this is being submitted as a code issue (because it is). PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE. It has been reported numerous times with no updates or corrections.

Been sending the same request/issue since 2020. Any chance the "developer" might actually finish his mess this year? Sidewalk has been closed for years, the development is not kept well, and construction debris is scattered. This developer should never have been given permission to build on this corner, and hopefully will never get another project approved in Wake Forest. This is ridiculous. Do you all fine developers at any point for this type of behavior? If not, why not?

This "development" remains an absolute mess and an eyesore for the community. Does the town not have standards for development and developers? The "developer" is an absolute mess and their neighborhood is a complete mess. What can be done here?

This development project has been going on for three years and is still an absolute mess. How does the town allow this to go on, especially at a "gateway entrance" to downtown. Is there anything the town can do to force the developer to make this property look even half way decent?
