This will be the responsibility of the owner of the property to remove the items, as the service has been disconnected. Once the tenants moved out, the service was discontinued, we do not collect any waste from a property that is vacant. Also, for the Public Works department to collect these items, the service would need to be current and a bulk pickup request will need to be submitted by the current owner or tenant. I have changed the category and maybe Ben Coleman can help.

Upon acceptance into the zoning enforcement process, the escalation includes a Notice of Violation with 15 days to correct followed by reinspection. If reinspection finds the violation continues, a civil penalty of up to $100 per day will be issued until it is cured.
