Good Afternoon,
We have reviewed this location and this does not fall within the City's Public Right of Way or maintenance control.
Any corrective actions would be the responsibility of the private property owner to meet accessibility guidelines required by state and federal law at the time of construction.
It does appear that the property does have an accessible path (shown in attached photo) for those that need to access the shopping facilities from the street level.
