    Power out in Deacon’s Ridge. Seems to be becoming a much more frequent thing. Hardly ever had power issues for the long time (15+ years) we’ve lived here. Perhaps we are overdeveloped and not able to handle the load here anymore? And with rates increasing, a lot, we “old timers” should and will expect better. Please fix today and advise on when these disruptions will end.

    Big trip hazard at storm drain lid on sidewalk.
    Also need a crosswalk in that area from seminary side to south Wingate. School kids use that sidewalk and one needs to be put in place.

    Last October I had reported a sidewalk problem. Issue ID: 15426421

    "One end of a sidewalk slab has risen over two inches. It's a definite tripping hazard. It's on the south side of Rogers Road, about midway between the Hobblebush Way and Heritage View Trail intersections."

    I was told a permanent fix was scheduled, but in the meantime a temporary fix had been done. The temporary fix was to put some pink paint on the edge of the raised slab. That paint has pretty much washed off over the last seven months. If a permanent fix is still far off, more paint is needed.

    It's' hard to see from this angle but when coming from the corner of Coach Lantern Ave. and turning onto Lonesome Spur Circle, there is a very tall privacy hedge that makes it very difficult to see past parked cars on the curve. Often the cars coming around the curve (in both directions) are in the center of the road and the hedge makes it impossible to see oncoming vehicles. I even saw a school bus almost take out my neighbor when they were both on the curve and the bus was squarely in the center of the road. I don't know what can be done (if anything) but it's been a problem for years.

    When you turn off Capital onto Star Rd, the trees along Star Road need to be trimmed so you can see to the right at the stop sign. Cannot see if cars are coming.
