    Someone has come out twice before so this is the third time I have had to report a blinking street light that borders my property at 732 Rockville Road and my neighbor.     While walking on S Main St a couple of weeks ago, I tripped on the uneven sidewalk in front of 548 S Main. I fell on my hands and knees, right knee is still swollen with fluid. I did hit my shoulder which was replace a couple of months but did not dos any damage.

    You could actually walk on the west side of S Main and see a number of possible areas where people could trip.

    Is there a way to fix the uneven sidewalk(s)?
