Sorry. Every night at 5 pm this light and the light at Gregson drive cause massive backups as well as at 3:15 when the school here lets out. The lights both literally let 4 cars get through causing backups all the way back around to where my parking lot is 4 tenths of a mile or longer. I get it 64 is a highway but 15 minutes to go 500 ft is insanity. Please address this issue
The light at Gregson and 64 is actually worse than this one. It can be 15 minutes or more to get out onto 64 at 3:15 pm and 5pm is even worse. Both require attention to their settings for these times.
The left turn light on 64 that allows one to turn onto Gregson is also inadequate in the morning. From 7:20 until 9 am one can expect to wait two or three iterations of the light to make that left. They lengthened the left turn lane but left the signal set as it was before the construction.
Anyone familiar with the area turns into Edinburough and the mm drives around to Gregson or continues to McCalister.
Gregson and 64 is like the intersection that time forgot. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated. Edinburough is simply absorbing the overflow and it is, as a result, also problematic
The light at Gregson and 64 and Edinburg and 64 remain too short after 3pm and should be set to last longer than 10 seconds between 3 and 6 pm daily. Everyday the traffic backs up 25 cars and more on Gregson and even worse on Edinburg, forcing people to use the hotel driveway to escape Gregson and thus clogging Edinburg.
To say nothing of the left turn signal off 64 onto Gregson in the morning. They made the lane longer but left the signal to allow 7 cars per cycle. Insanity all of it.
