Wake Forest Power does not fix this issue. I went ahead and sent an email to N.C.D.O.T to report that these signs are missing.
These is the email that I received back from Department of Transportation. Thank you for contacting the N.C.Department of Transportation.

This is the response from NCDOT.
We generally do not provide pedestrian warning signs at signalized intersections. There is, however, a project in motion to improve pedestrian safety at this intersection with the installation of pedestrian signal heads. Thank you for expressing your concern.
